Male Rhinoplasty*

38-year-old middle eastern male presented for aesthetic enhancement of the nose. Open rhinoplasty was completed to reduce the dorsal hump and to refine the tip of the nose. Profile and facial balance achieved while maintaining the patient's ethnic features.
